Event Code Description When It Is Sent
101 Supports when a fraud rule is triggered by a transaction. Sent when a fraud rule is triggered by a transaction.
102 Supports when a fraud alert is closed, either from your confirmation using the API, or 3 days after the alert was triggered. Sent when a fraud alert is closed, acknowledged, or times out.
103 Supports notifying a customer when a card status changes. This event code will also send an EMV chip block script when an irreversible card status is set. Sent when a card status changes.
104 Supports notifying a customer when a customisable PAN is created. Sent when a card with a custom PAN has been created.
105 Supports notifications sent for the manual payment review outcome. Sent when a pending payment has been reviewed in fraud or scam monitoring.
106 Supports notifications sent for Tokenisation Authorisation Request (TAR) tokenisation requests. Sent when a tokenisation authorisation request is received.
107 Supports notifications sent for Activation Code Notification (ACN) tokenisation requests. Sent when an activation code notification is generated.
108 Supports notifications sent for Tokenisation Complete Notification (TCN) tokenisation requests. Sent when tokenisation has completed.
109 Supports notifications sent for Tokenisation Event Notification (TEN) tokenisation requests. Sent when a tokenisation lifecycle event occurs.
110 Supports notifications sent for failed token status changes. Sent when a token status update fails.
112 Supports notifications sent for transaction confirmation events. Sent for transaction confirmation notifications.
115 Supports notifications sent when Fraud Transaction Monitoring (FTM) creates an alert. Sent when a new fraud monitoring alert is created.
